Version history, GitLab integration, and undo for time entries

Summary

Every R&D project edit is now versioned and restorable. GitLab joins as a data source. Time entry changes can be undone in one click.

Highlights

Version history for R&D projects and claims

Every edit, regeneration, and merge is versioned automatically. Browse any previous version in read-only mode, compare changes over time, and restore an earlier version with a confirmation step. Version tabs are available on both claim and project pages.

Undo for time entry changes

After manually linking or unlinking a time entry on an R&D project page, an undo action appears so you can reverse it immediately. Similar to Ctrl+Z in a document editor. No need to navigate away to recover from accidental changes.

GitLab integration

GitLab is available as a data source. Connect your GitLab account, select repositories, and sync commits as tasks and time entries. GitLab configuration can be edited after the initial connection.

Restart Lucius SR&ED conversations

A restart button appears in the Lucius header during claim creation, so you can reset the conversation and start fresh before the claim is generated.

CSV import user mapping

When importing time entries from a CSV file, you can map users from the CSV to existing users in the platform. Entries are attributed correctly without manual cleanup.

Improvements

  • Custom date ranges for time entry filtering. Type in specific start and end dates instead of relying on presets.
  • Partner Portal users can reset their own passwords.
  • Partner-linked workspaces no longer see the onboarding flow.
  • The R&D claims menu shows lock and unlock icons next to each claim.
  • Your fiscal year is displayed in the Lucius collapsed initiation card.
  • LLM time entry generation uses PR metadata for smarter commit-to-ticket matching.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed R&D claim hours being slightly off for workspaces in non-UTC timezones near fiscal year boundaries.
  • Fixed fiscal year dates displaying one day off in the claims list and claim detail.
  • Fixed the timesheet week view showing Sunday–Thursday instead of Monday–Friday (timezone issue).
  • Fixed integration syncs incorrectly appearing complete before they actually finished.
  • Removed non-functional “Ask Expert” buttons from the SR&ED flow.

Technical

  • Integration sync reliability improvements across all PM adapters (Jira, Asana, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Office 365).
  • R&D report data syncs immediately after SR&ED bulk writes, eliminating stale data in claim reports.
